Delistings reached record highs in 2025 as more sellers removed the For Sale sign in late fall and winter. As the spring market approaches, many of those homes might soon reappear. Already, nearly 450,000 sellers who delisted their homes last year relisted in January—setting a record for that month, according to recent research from Redfin.
