Eric’s foresight was serendipitous, especially seeing that the majority of all home buyers now start their search on the Web. In creating that first web site, Eric’s passion for real estate coupled with cutting-edge technology and Web-based marketing spurred on additional Web sites focused on different market segments and how buyers search for homes online.
