Besides the 36 holes of fantastic golf, Mariner Sands offers a championship Tennis facility with 9 Har-Tru courts and a pro shop. Members can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, and pool bar.

Mariner Sands is a pet-friendly community with a 'doggie park' for all residents. It also has its multi-denominational chapel, one of the few golf communities in Florida to have one. The chapel also hosts art classes, a library, and various cultural and charitable events.

The monthly HOA fees vary depending on the type and location of the home. Golf membership is optional, but social club membership is mandatory. It has an initial cost of $40,000.00 and monthly dues ranging from $1,400 to $1,900.
