Listing Your Home for Rent
If you're a homeowner looking for a rental agent, I have years of experience in the Treasure Coast market and have successfully leased hundreds of quality rental homes to quality tenants.
My online rental home marketing program ensures maximum exposure of your rental property. Among other things, I utilize extensive Web advertising including TCPalm.com, CraigsList, HotPads, Vast and other real estate Web sites.
Fee Schedule
-10% commission for annual rentals
-15% commission for seasonal rentals
-11.5% Sales tax for rental terms of less than six months (collected from tenant and paid by landlord)
Notes: commissions are based on gross rent. We cooperate with participating brokers.

My service includes a Web page featuring your rental on multiple sites. We will find a tenant, run credit and background checks, collect advance deposits and draw up the lease. There is no fee to you until we rent your property.
