Palm Bay
Property Report - June, 2005
During the past 30 days lots were selling in Unit 31 in the mid $50s. Currently, there are
several active listings running in the mid to high $60s.
Southeast Palm Bay
Unit nos. 22,23,24,25:
Builders are very active in this area. There will be an access
road to Bayside Lakes 1, so residents won't have to drive the loop as
they do now. To the south Bayside Lakes 2 is being built. There will also be easier access to Babcock, which
goes to Melbourne or points south.
Unit nos. 30,31,46 and 49:
Unit 31 has appeal as they have a minimum square footage on houses being
built in the area, but developers are building homes in this range all
over town. Unit 30 is just south of 31 - both are close to schools.
Unit 46 is just north of Unit 23 and immediately west of Babcock. Sections of the area are zoned duplex but some people have bought
oversize lots to build large homes. Some lots also have city water in
this unit. Unit 49 is north of Unit 31 and is just starting to
take off. Investors wanting reasonably priced lots to hold for six
months or longer should be able to secure a decent profit.
