"I decided my new real estate career would be technology driven and I created my first (Web) site as an easy-to-use resource for home buyers searching online." said Eric.
That first website offered ways to search properties easily and efficiently. Until then few local agents had embraced online real estate as a way to partner with their clients and empower them to "search like an agent". Slifkin was and continues to be an early adopter of online property search technologies that offer up-to-date inventory organized in an easy to understand manner.
Eric's foresight was serendipitous, especially seeing that the majority of all home buyers now start their search on the Web. In creating that first web site, Eric's passion for real estate coupled with cutting-edge technology and Web based marketing spurred on additional Web sites focused on different market segments and how buyers search for homes online.
